Workout of the Day – Superset Saturday

 

Hey All! Today’s workout is a quick and challenging group of supersets designed to tax our legs and back. It should only take between 35-45 minutes, yet your legs and back will be begging for a day off (And lucky us tomorrow is Sunday!).


The Workout

Complete each “Superset” by doing 10 reps of each exercise back to back with limited rest between sets, complete each superset four times before moving on to the next one.

Cleans & Seated Row

Squats & Lat Pull-Down

Lunges w/ Bar & Knees-to-elbows

Deadlifts & Pull-ups

Note: Make sure to perform each exercise with appropriate weights, challenging yourself as much as you can. If you can comfortably complete 10 reps of any exercise, add 5-10 lbs the next set. Supersets are designed to maximize efficiency and tax your aerobic capacity, don’t dilly dally between sets and definitely do not take a bunch of rest between exercises.
